Motions to be Considered

Motions for consideration at the AGM must be received by 31 May 2018.

President and Vice President

The AGM will be asked to ratify the appointment of the Union's current Vice President, Dee Bradbury, to the office of President for 2018/19 and 2019/20. 

The Vice President of the Scottish Rugby Union is elected at the AGM every second year. Nominations are currently being sought from candidates seeking to be elected to serve as Vice President for the two years 2018/19 and 2019/20. A Vice-President Election Protocol has been prepared to give guidance to those standing for the position:

Nominations for the office of Vice-President must be received by 31 May 2018. The succesful candidate will be confirmed in the office of President at the 2020 AGM.

Vacancies on the Scottish Rugby Council

Each year a number of vacancies arise on the Scottish Rugby Council. The role description in respect of a Council Representative is as follows:

This year the vacancies are as follows:

Regional League Representatives (4) : Edinburgh, Scottish Borders, Midlands and North

The current term in office of the Council Members from the above constituencies will come to an end at the 2018 AGM and nominations have been sought in order to fill the positions. In respect of each of the Scotish Borders, Midlands and the North one nomination was the received. The following have therefore been elected to Council with effect from the 2018 AGM:
