Scottish Rugby are seeking to recruit a Competitions Assistant to complement a team which undertakes competition related administration for initiatives and events (male, female, adults & youth rugby).
About the Role
The successful candidate will provide full administrative and general support for the Competitions function in Rugby Operations. It’s a busy role and tasks will range from general correspondence to updating databases; arranging meetings and taking the minutes to assisting in the administration of travel schemes and running events.
To be successful, you must possess excellent interpersonal skills to work positively with internal customers and volunteers in rugby; and you must have outstanding attention to detail. Candidates must also have excellent Microsoft Office skills. It is vital to have the ability to work flexibly as although the role is mainly office based there are occasional requirements to travel thought Scotland. A full drivers licence is also a requirement for this role.
