Don Burns has an HNC in Electrical Engineering and was for many years a Section Manager in the Design Division of Rosyth Dockyard where he was engaged in numerous projects for the Royal Navy. Don played his rugby in the Rosyth area and was both Secretary and President of Rosyth & District RFC. He was a referee in the Midlands District before taking up the position of Secretary and Treasurer of the Midlands Referees Society. He is now a member of the Scottish Rugby Referees Society. Don was appointed President of Kirkcaldy RFC in Season 2007/08. |
