The Scottish Rugby Union AGM will take place at Murrayfield Stadium at 11am on Saturday 27 June 2009. This year will be the first time that the AGM will be held on a Saturday, reflecting a motion on the timing of the AGM that was approved last year.

Each full member club and each associated body (the Referees, Schools and SWRU) are invited to send two voting delegates to the AGM. The non full member (associate) clubs in each of their six geographical areas elect two AGM delegates to represent their area.

The event has been timed to enable all attendees to stay on at Murrayfield and watch the second British & Irish Lions Test in the President’s Suite, should they wish. All attendees will receive a copy of this year’s annual report.
