Scottish Rugby is delighted to announce that Sunday's (14 December) Scottish Hydro Electric Premier Division One clash between Boroughmuir and Melrose will be broadcast live on television. The tie between league champions Boroughmuir and Cup holders Melrose will be covered by a full outside broadcast unit from Meggetland (kick-off 2.30pm) and can be viewed on Sky channel 168 and on Freesat channel 110.

Despite last year’s emphatic league triumph, Boroughmuir have enjoyed mixed fortunes so far this season and currently lie in sixth place having lost their last two consecutive games while fourth placed Melrose should arrive in Edinburgh with confidence having won seven of their last eight games, four of which were on the road.
