Regional Development Managers are responsible for the overall strategic planning, co-ordination and implementation of the national rugby development strategy in their specified region. Responsible for growing all aspects of rugby, through clubs, across a designated region, achieved through working closely with and developing strong partnerships with, Local Authorities, Sports Partnerships, club and school volunteers and other key stakeholders.
