Scottish Rugby Union Pathway Programme (U18)
(Scottish Exiles)

The Scottish Exiles element of the Scottish Rugby Union Pathway at U18 consists of a four stage pyramidal programme.

Players are U18 if born after 1st January 1994 (ie. born in 1994). The U18 programme will include U17 players.

Pathway Programme
Stage One
Players attend a Regional Development Group (RDG) session to demonstrate ability.

Stage Two
Invited players attend an age group development camps.

Stage Three
The age group squad is selected and plays representative games, watched by Scottish selectors.

Stage Four
Players are selected to represent Scotland at U18 level.
