Scottish Rugby Union Exiles Programme (U20)
(Scottish Exiles element)

The Scottish Exiles element of the Scottish Rugby Union Pathway at U20 consists of a three stage pyramidal programme. Players are U20 if born after 1st January 1991 (ie. born in 1991).

Stage One
Players attend a Regional Development Group (RDG) session or the development day to demonstrate ability.

Stage Two
 Players are selected for a full Exiles squad weekend attended by Scotland selectors.

Stage Three
Players are selected to represent Scotland at U20 level
