In order for us to perform against the best from France and Ireland it is essential to be prepared. For that to happen, only the players who respond to the commitment and competitive demands will define the culture of the team and be rewarded with a unique experience. Trials for the Scottish Universities side will be held on the evening of Friday 27 November in Edinburgh (exact location tbc). Once a squad has been selected there will likely be one training session prior to the Christmas break followed by two matches against France at home on Friday 5 February and an away match against Ireland on Friday 19 March. Each player who would like to be considered for the squad and who will be attending the trial needs to fill out a nomination form which is available electronically this year (CLICK HERE FOR THE FORM). Please find below the link for the SUS Rep nomination spreadsheet for this year. This must be filled in and emailed to your sports union / athletic union. This must be done by 5pm November 16th. Once the forms have been returned further information will go out to all those nominated about the venue, time and trials process. If you are interested in becoming part of the team and would like any further information then please do not hesitate to contact Jacqui Stone (details below). Jacqui Stone |
