Friday 25 May 2012, President’s Suite, Murrayfield Stadium
Once again, the Scottish Rugby Club Awards Dinner will salute the phenomenal contribution of the club game and the vibrancy it brings to the sport in Scotland. There are 18 awards being announced on the night, including Club of the Year and Try of the Year, ensuring that clubs and their players, coaches and volunteers are the stars of the show! Four awards are being nominated by clubs: If you haven’t already voted, then please fill in the nomination form HERE and send it to This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it by Wednesday 25 April. SRU President Ian McLauchlan, said: “This Scottish Rugby Club Awards Dinner focuses wholly on recognising and rewarding our member clubs and the role they play in ensuring the game of rugby in Scotland goes from strength to strength. Without their efforts the opportunities for an increasing number of young people to enjoy the game of rugby union in Scotland would vanish. “The heartbeat of rugby in Scotland is generated by the energy and enthusiasm that our clubs possess and we’re delighted to mark those achievements and acknowledge the individuals who have excelled throughout the season. I hope you’ll join us for this fantastic evening.” This club tie event is the perfect end-of-season party for clubs to celebrate the 2011-2012 season in style!
