North Berwick and Currie met at Recreation Park, North Berwick yesterday to determine the destiny of the Edinburgh U15 League.  Both teams had gone into the match unbeaten in the league though they had met once already this season with National U15 Cup champions Currie knocking National Under 15 Bowl champions North Berwick out of the National Cup at the first round stage in October.  

This time the two the teams could not be separated and played out a thrilling 19-19 draw and so the league title will be shared.

Hawick Albion claimed the Under 16 title, and also recorded an unbeaten league campaign, when they defeated Gala Red Triangle 33-8 at Hawick last weekend.
