AYR HOST MELROSE AT MILLBRAE THIS WEEKEND PDF Print
Tuesday, 24 August 2010
We're only into the 2nd game of the season and already this Saturday's clash
between Ayr and Melrose is shaping up as the big game on the fixture card.
Everyone at Millbrae knows how important a good start is at the beginning of the
campaign, particularly in the new league format. The Greenyards contingent will
arrive full of confidence after snatching a crucial win over last year's champions
Currie at the weekend.

Damien Kelly can't wait. " These games are why you play rugby. A home tie at our
place against strong rivals who are being tipped by many for league success this
year. They are a good side and they'll be desperate to do one over on us after
last season's Cup Final. Who can blame them? We'll be waiting though!" The
giant antipodean entertainer will have to wait as he's been recovering from a
much-needed toe operation and may only have a bit part to play in proceedings.

With such early excitment in the competition there's bound to be a big crowd for
this all-important tie. Kick-off is 3.00pm why not come along and enjoy the big game?
