Tickets are available across all 3 price categories.

A.  Category 3 (lowest priced category) Tickets for Specific Seats
Specific seats for Category 3 ticket prices can be selected using the stadium seating plan. When these tickets are sold out, the seating plan will no longer be available to view.

B.   Vouchers for Category 1 and 2 Unspecified Seats
Specific seats for Category 1 and 2 ticket prices are not yet known and are being sold as Vouchers. Tickets will be issued to Voucher holders later in the year when seats become available from unused allocations to Scottish Rugby stakeholders including Debenture Holders, Clubs, and Sponsors. Vouchers guarantee your seats which are allocated on a best available, first come first served basis within each Category when they become available in January 2011 or before. If you purchase a Category 1 voucher and it is subsequently not available, you will be offered a Category 2 ticket (with appropriate part refund) or a full refund should this option not be acceptable.

C. Waiting List
When Category 1 and 2 Vouchers have sold out, you will be able to order tickets by joining a Waiting List for tickets which will become available at a later date.  When putting your name on this waiting list you will be asked to select which ticket type you would prefer (i.e. Cat 1 or 2). You will also be asked to select a secondary choice in case your first preference is not available – you are not obliged to nominate a secondary choice, but obviously you will have a better chance of securing a ticket if you do! Seats will be allocated on a best available, first come first served basis within each Category.

Please note: When you add your name to the waiting list, this is treated as a confirmed order for tickets. Your credit/debit card will charged automatically if and when tickets are allocated to you (NO money will be taken from your card up until this point).  Once tickets are allocated to you, standard ticket conditions apply.

Should you wish to amend any details regarding your order, you must contact the Ticket Centre by email on This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it at any time prior to tickets being allocated.

Please note: All tickets sold for Scoltand v Italy are being sold for specific seats across all 3 price categories.  Please select your tickets from the available seats on the seating plan.

Your Questions Answered

How many tickets can I request?
Scotland v Wales  4 tickets per household
Scotland v Ireland  4 tickets per household
Scotland v Italy  8 tickets per household

When will I know if I have secured tickets?
Purchase of a Voucher guarantees your ticket which will be sent to you 4 weeks prior to the match by recorded delivery. If you add your name to the Waiting List, we will advise you whether you have been successful by January 2011 at the latest. We will have a clearer idea of the exact date in January sometime before Christmas, and we will notify everyone on the waiting list – by email – letting them know when the ticket allocation process will begin. This will give you enough time to contact us to cancel or make any amendments to your order (e.g. change credit card details, tickets requested etc) as changes cannot be made to your order after your ticket has been allocated.

Once I have listed on the waiting list, can I pull out?
Yes.  You can email us at any time and we will cancel your order.

Once I have listed on the waiting list, can I change my address?
Yes.  You can email us at any time and we will amend your address.

Once I have made my selection on the waiting list, can I change my ticket preference?
Yes. You can email us at any time and change your ticket category preference.

Once I have made my selection on the waiting list, can I change the number of tickets requested?
Yes. You can email us at any time and change the number of tickets you want.

Once I have made my selection on the waiting list, can I change contact details?
Yes. You can email us at any time and change your contact details.

Once I have made my selection on the waiting list, can I change credit card details?
Yes. You can email us at any time and change your credit card details

What happens if my credit card does not allow the charge to be processed when tickets are allocated in January?
In that case, you will lose your ticket entitlement and your place on the waiting list. You are therefore encouraged to ensure that your credit card details are correct and to keep us informed in the event of a change.

Can I change my mind once the tickets have been printed?
All requests made on the waiting list are firm orders and your credit card details will be automatically charged as soon as the tickets have been allocated. You can cancel an order before the tickets are allocated, but not after.

I make a request for a Category 1 ticket as my first preference and a Cat2 as my second choice.  When you process the waiting list in January 2011, you don’t have enough Category 1 tickets available, but you do have sufficient Category 2 tickets. Will you automatically allocate me a Category 2 ticket?
Yes. Your place in the waiting list (i.e. in the queue) is not affected by what type of ticket you have requested.

If I secure a second preference ticket, and a first choice ticket becomes available later, can I change it?
Unfortunately not. Once your request has been dealt with, you are no longer on the waiting list, and those who came after you will be processed in order. We will, however, do our best to satisfy first preferences where possible (although Category 1 tickets will be in short supply).

Is there a Booking Fee?
Yes, there is a booking fee on vouchers, ticket sales and waiting list sales. Details can be found on the “How to Buy Tickets” section of the Scottish Rugby website.

I am a Debenture Holder and I have purchased my full allocation. Can I purchase additional tickets or vouchers or put my name on the public waiting list for tickets?
Yes, there are no restrictions on who can purchase tickets or vouchers or put their name on the waiting list.
