A: Scottish Rugby does not encourage supporters to purchase tickets from anything other than official sources and actively discourages the activities of ticket touts. A: This is not a problem, however we would remind you that matches are crowded events with music etc which may not be suitable for very young children. Q: How do I access the disabled terraces (12A / 34A) A: There are three lifts within the stadium, one in each of the North and South stands and centre of the West stand. Please inform the nearest steward who will provide assistance here, should it be required. Please click here for more details. Q: Since buying my ticket, my mobility has been affected. Who can I ask for assistance and what happens if I’m physically unable to get to the seat I have a ticket for? A: We would advise that you contact our Ticket Centre in advance if there has been any change in your circumstances however, if this is not possible, please contact your nearest steward on the day. We have a dedicated team within the stadium that will look after spectators with such difficulties. Q: I have difficulty using a turnstile.
