Q: I don’t have a ticket but I know I can probably get one from someone outside the stadium on the day. A: Scottish Rugby does not encourage supporters to purchase tickets from anything other than official sources and actively discourages the activities of ticket touts. Tickets being sold on unofficial web sites may be investigated and those seats will be cancelled. |

A: We would advise that you contact our Ticket Centre in advance if there has been any change in your circumstances however, if this is not possible, please contact your nearest steward on the day. Q: Can I bring a camera? A: Yes, small amateur cameras are permitted however large professional cameras are not. By small, we mean pocket size digital cameras or SLR cameras with zoom lenses no more powerful than 300mm. Tripods are not permitted. |
Q: Can I bring an air horn? A: Yes, however only mechanised air horns (blow through / wind up) are allowed - pressurised containers are not permitted. |
Q: Can I bring rucksacks or suitcases? A: Small backpacks are permitted however suitcases or larger items will be denied access. A guide of size is something that will comfortably fit beneath your seat. We assume no responsibility for baggage within the stadium. Rucksacks or similar will be subject to a search before entry. |
Q: I want to bring along my one-year-old child? A: No problem, however we would remind you that this a crowded event with music etc which may not be suitable for a child so young. |
Q: Does my one-year-old child need a match ticket? A: Children aged under two are admitted free of charge provided they sit on the parent’s / guardian’s knee. |

Q: Is there a baby changing facility available? A: Yes. There are changing units in the disabled toilets in the lower west (south) stand area and in the lower west (north) stand area. The doors have the appropriate baby changing signs on them. |
Q: Can I bring juice into the stadium? A:In line with other major venues, only sealed bottles of water / soft drinks up to 500mls can be brought into the stadium. No cans will be permitted.

Q: Can I bring food into the stadium? A: Small amounts of food for your own use is allowed. Large picnic hampers are not permitted. |
Q: What happens if I have special dietary requirements? A: Should you require to bring food with you, due to a medical or dietary condition, this is clearly acceptable. |
Q: Can I bring tea / coffee in a flask into the stadium? A: Flasks are not permitted. Bags are subject to search on entering the stadium; the contents of any flasks will be tipped out and the containers will have to be left outside the stadium. |

Q: Can I take my drink to my seat? A: Yes. We would ask supporters to be mindful of those around them when carrying drinks back to their seats. |

Q: If I feel unwell during the match, can I get help? A: Yes, we have a full medical team on duty for your safety and wellbeing, including first aid, paramedics and doctors.
