Tim Swinson

One of the most consistent and highly rated locks in the English Premiership, Tim joins from Newcastle Falcons where he was named Player of the Season in 2011.

The 25-year-old has played close to 100 Premiership games in the boiler house and qualifies for Scotland courtesy of a maternal grandmother from Glasgow.

Swinson played more than 20 Premiership games for the Falcons in season 2011/12, racking up over 1300 minutes of action in the process.

In season 2012/13 Swinson added try-scoring to his usual mix of bite and aggression in the pack, scoring a double against in the Dragons in the record breaking win at Rodney Parade and following that up with a third in two games against Ulster.
