Donnie Macfadyen, the Glasgow and Scotland open-side wing forward, was reassured today with the news that no bone has been broken in the ankle that was damaged on Friday. He was replaced because of the injury during the first half of the Bank of Scotland Pro Rugby Cup match against the Borders at Hughenden.An X-ray of Macfadyen's left foot has revealed no fracture.
