In 24 minutes Greig Sinclair was successful with a penalty attempt to bring the score to 8-5, but seven minutes later Graham Wilson replied in kind, levelling the scores again.Just before half-time David McKay went over for a try. Sinclair was successful with the conversion, giving Glasgow a 15-8 interval lead.At half-time Pat McArthur replaced Ross Marshall. Midway through the second half Andrew Noble replaced Donald Malcolm and Jono Wright took over from Ali Miller.Glasgow had dominated for much of the first half, and it was felt that, with the benefit of the strong wind at their backs, they would be able to add to stretch their lead after the interval. However, in a scrappy and disappointing second half the only score was a try from Tane Jericovich, who also converted, making the final score 15-all.The result was probably a fair reflection on the overall play, but if Glasgow had applied the same pressure in the second half as they had done before the interval they could have won by a fair margin._Glasgow Under-18 - Greig Sinclair (Allan Glen's); Craig McGilvery (Hutchesons" GS), Darren Beattie (Whitecraigs), Adam Henderson (Lenzie Academy), Robert McLeod (Glasgow Academy); Ross Curle (Glasgow Academy), Ali Miller (GHA); Andrew Reekie (Hutchesons" GS), Donald Malcolm (GHA), David McKay (Whitecraigs), Alan Kelly (Hillhead/Jordanhill), Neil Longwell (Hillhead/Jordanhill), Murray Wiseman (HS of Glasgow), Ross Marshall (Ardrossan), Calum Forester (Hutchesons" GS) captain.
