Glasgow Sign Canadian World Cup Prop

Glasgow have signed Kevin Tkachuk, the Canadian World Cup prop forward. He is to join Glasgow on a two-year contract after a sojourn with Pertemp Bees, the English National League first-division club based in Birmingham.Tkachuk played four games for Canada in the Rugby World Cup in Australia in October and November last year, scoring a try against Wales. In all, the 6ft, 18st forward has played 24 internationals for Canada and scored four tries.
