Anderson Gets 7S Call

Grant Anderson, the 19-year-old Ayr fullback, has been called up to the Scotland 7s squad for the IRB Sevens World Series events in Hong Kong (28-30 March) and Adelaide (5-6 April). Anderson, who is also a member of Scottish Rugby's Junior National Academy, replaces Andrew Turnbull who has returned to club duty for Edinburgh ahead of their Magners League game against Connacht at Murrayfield on Friday 21 March (kick-off 7:30pm).

Anderson was a member of the Scotland 7s squad when they reached the Cup quarter-finals in the first two tournaments of the 2008 IRB Sevens World Series in Dubai (UAE) and George (South Africa).
