Scotland 7s have been drawn against Samoa, Kenya and Russia in Pool D of the London leg of the IRB Sevens World Series.
The Scots are keen to build on their success at the 125th Melrose 7s on Saturday when, appearing under the Scottish Thistles development umbrella, they overcame tough opposition from the shadow Ireland squad and Leicester Tigers to win the Ladies' Cup.
Scotland's Twickenham test kicks-off with a match against Kenya, who defeated the Scots in Hong Kong only three weeks ago.
Three hours later, the Scots will run out against top seeded Pacific Islanders, Samoa, who currently sit fourth in the IRB Sevens standings, followed by European Champions, Russia in the early afternoon.
Scotland 7s coach, Stephen Gemmell, said: "These are all very difficult games but we're certainly capable of qualifying from this group if we play to our potential.
Melrose was a fantastic tournament for the guys and I was happy with the way we played, particularly in terms of our possession against the professional sides.
If we can replicate those performances at Melrose by dominating possession, I'm confident we can qualify from this group."
