Here is an excerpt from Ben's previous ezine blog:

"Hola! - I thought I would start by impressing you with my multi-lingual skills. We arrived here in Buenos Aires on Sunday after a 15 and a half hour journey from Heathrow.

It was really good to see some of the 7s tournament before we left Edinburgh on Saturday and great to hear that they reached the quarter-finals and then the plate final beating Fiji on the way.

The journey on the whole was pretty good, the players were all in business class which was my first experience of this and it definitely made the trip a lot more comfortable.

I got around five hours sleep on the plane after having my dinner and settling down to watch Pearl Harbour on my TV.

Other players like our captain Mike Blair managed to sleep pretty much from start to finish only really waking up to have a meal or two."
