The event, held at the Warriors' training base at Whitecraigs Rugby Club in Newton Mearns, saw the Glasgow supporters bathed in sunshine as a host of activities kept the whole family entertained all day.

In the popular Touch Rugby Tournament, where 19 teams from all over Glasgow and the west of Scotland competed for the title, it was Glasgow Hawks who lifted prize at the end of the day.

In addition to the action on the field, there was an Autograph Hunt hosted by the Glasgow Warriors Supporters' Club. Over 90 children entered the competition which was won by Lewis Lattin who received a signed ball from Glasgow and Scotland stand-off Dan Parks.

During the event, over £200 was raised for the Yorkhill Children's Foundation to mark the care Daryl Gibson's family received throughout the arrival of triplets Oscar, Indy and Fin.

Glasgow Warriors Community Marketing Officer, Natalie Duncan, said: "The Fun Day and Touch Tournament has always been a popular event amongst supporters and players alike. The weather was fantastic and made it all the more enjoyable. The event continues to go from strength to strength.
