Clacks travelled to Rosyth on Saturday knowing a bonus point win would virtually guarantee them the Div.2 title.The bonus point was duly achieved in the 20th min.2 tries apiece from Alan Keir and Fraser Donaldson put the game beyond Fifes reach.Murray Tannock controlled things well from stand off and the pace and running angles of Keir,Allan and Brown caused the homeside no end of trouble.The forwards struggled slightly in the scrummage against a much heavier pack,but the lineouts,rucks and mauls were dominated by the visitors.Mark allan and Jamie Rankine added further tries before Greg Anderson,who had moved from prop to the wing,weaved his through the home defence for a well taken try.Half time 41-0.

There was a slight lull at the start of the second half before Gary Taylor picked from the base of the scrum and powered his way over.With the conversion over it was at this point that Fife conceded the match.Their players had different ideas from their coach however and asked to play on.The referee duly obliged and Mark Allan was allowed to notch his 3rd of the afternoon.Alan Keir kicked 4 conversions.Best for the young Colts were Tannock,Keir,Allan and Brown whose running caused the homeside problems all afternoon.
