Ross Sutherland Charity Sevens And Vets Match

On the 18th June Ross Sutherland are holding a Sevens Tournament and Veterans game at Invergordon in aid of the Marie Curie Cancer Charity.

Open Invite from Ross Sutherland RFC -

On the 18th June Ross Sutherland are to hold a veterans game and sevens tournament at Invergordon. The sevens are open to any club wishing to take part. This event will be a fun sevens and as such the Ross Sutherland club will be entering three or four teams rather than one first seven. It would be great if the Highland & Islands and Grampian clubs could send a sevens team each. Each player that takes part will be charged five pounds with every penny going to the Marie Curie Cancer Charity.

The veterans game will be held after the sevens, where it is hoped that Highland and Craig Dunain will join together to play a north combined team. The veterans should all be over 35`s and this is strictly to be adhered too, again a five pound playing fee will be asked. A big turnout would be really appreciated from the north vets for this great charity. We all know someone who has been affected by cancer and it would be nice to put something back.

All referees willing to support the day would be welcome too.

Proposed starting times.
Sevens to start at 12.30
Veterans match at 15:00
