Audio: Findlay Benefits From Robinson'S Experience

As Scotland continued their Rugby World Cup preparations at Murrayfield, Scotland Women head coach, Karen Findlay, joined training to observe the tactics and programmes employed by the national coaches.

Said Findlay: "This experience has been fantastic. It's enabled me to see elite coaches at work, to share best practice and has been a great first-hand look at the planning and preparation that goes in to getting the men's squad match ready.

"I also had an invaluable hour with Andy Robinson - from a personal perspective it was a fantastic opportunity to hear his plans and his philosophy and how the coaching set-up works."
