Dunfermline S1 Rugby

Saturday the 31st March saw the Dunfermline S1 Rugby squad get the
oppourtunity to meet the Dunfermline public when they were given the
chance to do bag packing at the local CO-OP store in the Kingsgate centre.

Store manager Dave Scullion kindly gave the boys the oppourtunity to
raise funds for their tour to Torquay on the 13th April 2012. The squad
have entered a rugby tournament on the South coast of England where they
will be able to display their skills against teams from England,
Ireland, Wales and France.

The boys went on tour to North Wales last year and won all their games
to with the Welsh Rugby Festiva and hope to do the same this time round.

CO-OP manager Dave Scullion said " It is great to be able to give the
boys a chance to raise funds for their tour, I hope they do well and
wish them the best of luck".

Dave can be seen in the picture with some of the hard working boys. The
squad can also be seen in their new kit for the tour.

Thanks to all boys for their efforts and the Dunfermline public for
their generosity, the final total raised was £367.

The squad that will tour Torquay is:
Forwards; Lewis Cook, Cal Clarke, Jay Hogg, Sean Ramsey, Kieran Twaddle,
Thomas Pooley, Cameron Shaw, Jonathan Scott, Brandon Golledge, Ewan
Duncan, Alex Featherstone, Harry McCulloch, Kieran Wison, Mark McAdams,
Michael Smith and John Lymburn.

Backs: Adian Reddick, Ben Dollery, Euan Colston, Cameron Symes, Lewis
Buchan, Sean Clark, Andrew Waterworth, Harvey Watson.

We wish the boys the best of luck on tour and do Dunfermline and
