Video: Preparation Begins In Dubai

A matter of hours after the Scotland 7s squad stepped off the plane in Dubai they began their preparations for the second leg of the HSBC Sevens World Series.

Before getting out into the sunshine they opened with a spin-bike session and stretch in the gym, this was followed by a team run at a local public park.

Colin Shaw who has been to Dubai for the tournament five times previously was excited to be back. He said: “It’s great to come out to the sun in December. It’s a very well run tournament, with a great atmosphere and Dubai is a great place to play rugby.”
