With gym and rugby sessions in the morning and afternoon, eating times and relaxation play an imperative part of the players daily

Scotland 7s take on Kenya (10.12am local time), Fiji (1.36pm local time) and Spain (5pm local time) in next weekend’s tournament in Pool A. Dubai is four hours ahead of the United Kingdom.
