Thrill-seeking Glasgow Warriors fans have another great chance to make a unique entry into Murrayfield by signing up for a 200m Zip Slide challenge being run at the national stadium on Sunday 31 March in aid of the Cystic Fibrosis Trust.
Last year, Warriors supporters, players and staff came together with the Cystic Fibrosis community to raise over _40,000 via a sponsored abseil of the roof of the venue's West stand, and this time round the prospects for an exhilarating experience are even better.
Departing from the upper level of the South Stand, participants will be securely harnessed to a steel wire, and taken on a ride above the pitch for over 200m to a safe landing back on terra firma.
To sign up, all you have to do is pledge to raise a minimum of _100 in sponsorship to help fight one of the UK's most common life-threatening inherited diseases. The Cystic Fibrosis Trust is an official charity partner of Glasgow Warriors.
On the day of the Murrayfield Zip Slide, there will be special Easter Sunday activities to entertain both participants and spectators. You may also spot one or two of your favourite Warriors as well as the Easter bunny!
Scrum-half Henry Pyrgos has himself enjoyed some memorable Murrayfield moments of late, scoring a terrific try for Scotland against South Africa in the recent EMC Tests then helping Glasgow beat old rivals Edinburgh Rugby on their own turf just last month.
