As we approach the viagogo Autumn Tests, Dove Men+Care have rallied Scotland players to assist Scottish Rugby groundstaff in stadium preparations.
Glasgow Warriors duo, half-backs Henry Pyrgos and Ruaridh Jackson, were joined by Edinburgh Rugby No 8 David Denton in undertaking a variety of tasks at Murrayfield.
Similar activity was carried out by their counterparts in England, Ireland and Wales and you can see the results here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NWVqGWT_t0I.
Dove Men+Care Brand Manager, John Savage explained: “Some incredible names from the four corners of the UK and Ireland have taken up the maintenance challenge with tractors, power hoses, paintbrushes and other tools to prepare their stadiums for the fans, team mates and opposition. In amongst all the hard work though, the players seem to have had a lot of fun and I think that really comes through in the video.”
The release of this footage today will be followed by an exclusive behind the scenes edit in weeks to come.
The launch of this video kicks off an exciting, new digital programme for Dove Men+Care as they cement their commitment as an official partner of Scottish Rugby.
As the viagogo Autumn Tests (versus Japan, South Africa and Australia) get underway at Murrayfield next month, more exclusive content will be uploaded to a dedicated channel on YouTube (youtube.com/dovemencareuk) supported by regular insights, unique imagery and competitions across Twitter (@dovemen). Online activity throughout the autumn will be supported with a second wave across the 2014 RBS 6 Nations Championship.
