Scotland squad training got into full swing this morning after the final party of players arrived at the team hotel in Houston, Texas the previous night.
Last to check in were the Glasgow Warriors players who were part of the RaboDirect PRO12 final, as well as coaches Vern Cotter and Scott Johnson, who were also in Dublin to watch their charges in action.
After the morning team meeting the squad headed for the the gym at the nearby RICE University, where stand-off Ruaridh Jackson set the scene ahead of Saturday's opening Test against USA at the BBVA Compass Stadium (kick-off 7.30pm).

The match in Houston – with new head coach Vern Cotter taking charge of Scotland for the first time – will kick-off at 1.30am on Sunday (8 June) UK time and fans can log on to dailyrecord.co.uk to catch all the live action. The game will also be available to view on the website throughout the rest of the day.
The game is the first of 16 as Scotland countdown to the 2015 Rugby World Cup in England.
Meanwhile, negotiations are continuing to provide broadcast coverage of the second Test of Scotland’s summer tour, against Canada in Toronto on Saturday 14 June, with an announcement expected later this week.
Both the third and fourth games of the tour – against Argentina in Cordoba on Friday 20 June and v South Africa in Port Elizabeth on Saturday 28 June – will be shown on Sky Sports.
Scotland’s matches are v USA in Houston on Saturday 7 June (streamed live for free at www.dailyrecord.co.uk); Canada in Toronto on Saturday 14 June; Argentina in Cordoba on Friday 20 June; and South Africa in Port Elizabeth on Saturday 28 June. The 43 consists of 19 from Glasgow Warriors, 17 Exiles and seven from Edinburgh Rugby.
