Colin Shaw

Colin Shaw a product of Ayr rugby club and a former Glasgow Warrior joined Scotland 7s on a full-time contract in the summer of 2012.

He is not unfamiliar with the abbreviated game, having come into the squad with 24 HSBC Sevens World Series caps to his name, a Commonwealth Games (Delhi 2010) and 37 tries.  

Shaw was named in his second Commonwealth Games seven team in May 2014 as part of the 12-man squad to compete at Glasgow 2014.

Shaw also featured in the Scotland Thistles team which won the Melrose Sevens on its 125th anniversary and has two caps for Scotland A.
