Dan Elkington

Born in Lincoln, Dan has represented Scotland at under-16, under-17 and under-19 levels, and currently plays for BT National 1 team Watsonians.

The Sedbergh School former pupil, who came off the bench to feature in every game of the 2015 under-20 Six Nations, was previously part of the Newcastle Falcons Academy set-up.

Elkington made two starts in the 2015 World Rugby Under-20 Championship, against Southern Hemisphere giants New Zealand and Australia, and came off the bench to feature in the front-row in the other three matches.

He is from sporting stock as his father played prop for Nottingham, and his mother and sister are accomplished rowers, the latter having represented Great Britain at the under-23 World Championships.
