Dumfries RFC
Head Coach 2008/09
Dumfries RFC seeks a new Head Coach to help take the club on to the next level. The Club has recently achieved it’s fifth successive promotion and will start in National Division 1 next season. A vibrant club with a productive youth set up and a young squad we aim to continue our progress. The Club was recognised as the SRU Club of the Year in 2007.
We are looking for a Head Coach to plan/run training and coaching, on a Tuesday and Thursday evening, and to manage the team on Saturdays, assistance will be provided . The club has excellent facilities and further development plans which will see major facility developments in 2008/09. UKCC qualifications or equivalent are desirable as is a proven track record in coaching. Remuneration will be by negotiation depending on experience.

Junior Coach - Edinburgh Academy
A part-time experienced junior level rugby coach is required by the Edinburgh Academy Junior School to take rugby lessons for boys aged 7-11
during the school day. A passion and enthusiasm for the game and good organisational skills would be an advantage.

Dundee Uni WRFC are in search of a coach!
We train on a Monday night from 7-8.30pm at Riverside, and games take place on Wednesday at 2pm in the Scottish Uni league and Sunday afternoons at 2pm in the National League.

Harris Academy FP Rugby Football Club
Harris Rugby Club seeks an experienced, well-qualified Coach to lead us up the leagues again.
"The Harris" is one of Dundee’s oldest and most successful clubs. Founded in 1926, by the mid 1970s, Harris FP ran five XVs plus a Colts side and played in the equivalent of the current "Premier Three". The club then slowly fell into abeyance and by 1998 had ceased to play rugby at any level.
After an absence of nine years, we are up and running again. We’re starting at ‘entry’ level, of course, (Caledonia Two) and are relishing the challenge. In little over a year we have progressed from a ‘gash’ match to playing regularly once more in leagues.
This friendly and ambitious club has the huge benefit of being fed by our own genuine rugby-playing school with which we have a very close relationship. The rugby master there is our Vice-Captain and our Club Secretary is a Past President of the Scottish Schools Rugby Union - so youth development is key for us. The current side regularly features many of last year’s School XV.
We are a small club with huge spirit and a lot of talent. We also have a number of talented former players who can contribute to the coaching process.
We are looking for a Head Coach to plan/run training and coaching, to manage the team on Saturdays and attend selection after Tuesday training.
