The clubhouse and playing fields can be found at Blawearie Road, Tranent, EH33 2DB. We also utilise rugby pitches at the nearby Meadowmill Sports Centre (see below).

Tranent is situated 10 mile east of Edinburgh near the main A1 Trunk road, which bypasses the town. The following instructions assume travelling by road. If all else fails, the club phone no. is 01875 611 645.

From the North/West/South via Edinburgh City Bypass (A720)

Follow the city bypass east until you reach the Sheriffhall Roundabout. Continue on the city bypass to the next roundabout (Old Craighall Junction) and head East onto the Musselburgh Bypass (A1). Now take the second exit (A199) and turn right towards Tranent and proceed into town, through the roundabout and up the High Street. The road veers right towards Ormiston (B6371) at the car showroom. Now immediately take the first right, opposite car showroom, and follow road past Medical Centre. Take the first left (NOT into the car park!) and you should see the club and pitches 150m on the right.

From the East/South via A1 Trunk Road

Travelling West on the A1 from Haddington, ignore the first Tranent exit (at Macmerry). Take the next exit (B6371) and pass through first roundabout into Tranent (also A168 junction for Port Seton). Progress up Church Street then left through small roundabout and up the High Street. The road veers right towards Ormiston (B6371) at the car showroom. Now immediately take the first right, opposite car showroom, and follow road past Medical Centre. Take the first left (NOT into the car park!) and you should see the club and pitches 150m on the right.

Finding Meadowmill Pitches via A1 Trunk Road

Take above exit (A198) for Port Seton and head north through junction roundabout(s). At next roundabout with B1361, just over rail bridge, head left towards Prestonpans. After about 400m take sharp left over small bridge then first right, for 300m, then right into large car park for the Meadomill Sports Stadium. Entry is via main door which next to the Indoor Bowling Stadium at the far end of car park.
