SRU U16 Pathway Programme
(Scottish Exiles element)
The Scottish Exiles element of the SRU U16 Pathway consists of a four stage pyramidal programme.
Stage One
Players attend a Regional Development Group (RDG) session to demonstrate ability.
Stage Two
Players are selected for the RDG and attend further sessions.
Stage Three
Players are selected for a regional representative Exiles game (North or South)
Stage Four
Players are selected for a full Exiles squad weekend.
