SRU U18 Pathway Programme

(Scottish Exiles element)

The Scottish Exiles element of the SRU U18 Pathway consists of a five stage pyramidal programme. Players are U18 if born prior to 1^st January 1991 (ie. a 1990 year of birth).

Stage One

Players attend a Regional Development Group (RDG) session to demonstrate ability.

Stage Two

Players are selected for the RDG and attend further sessions.

Stage Three

Players are selected for a regional representative Exiles game (North or South)

Stage Four

Players are selected for a full Exiles squad weekend attended by Scotland selectors.
