SRU U20 Pathway Programme

(Scottish Exiles element)

The Scottish Exiles element of the SRU U20 Pathway consists of a four stage pyramidal programme. Players are U20 if born prior to 1^st January 1989 (ie. a 1988 year of birth).

Stage One

Players attend a Regional Development Group (RDG) session or the development day to demonstrate ability.

Stage Two

Players are selected for the RDG and attend further sessions.

Stage Three

Players are selected for a full Exiles squad weekend attended by Scotland selectors.
