Scotland v Argentina

Scotland v Georgia
Saturday 26 November
Scotland's Autumn Tests will see them take on Australia, Argentina and Georgia in November 2016. The opening game against the Wallabies on Saturday 12 November will give the home side the chance to avenge their narrow 35-34 defeat in last year's Rugby World Cup quarter-final.
Scotland have previously defeated Australia on home soil back in 2009 when two Phil Godman penalties and a Chris Paterson drop goal, backed up by a solid defence were enough to secure a tight 9-8 victory.
Scottish fans will also have fond memories of facing next opponents, Argentina, on Saturday 19 November. The two teams met at BT Murrayfield in the 2014 Autumn Tests where the home team ran in five tries as part of a thrilling 41-31 victory.
The final game of the series will see Georgia play a touring test match in Scotland for the first time and the teams have only met once previously where the boot of stand-off Dan Parks brought about a 15-6 victory in the 2011 Rugby World Cup.
With Scotland’s home matches in the RBS 6 Nations selling out in record time – three months out from the matches themselves – the 2016 Autumn Tests will provide the next opportunity for fans to see Scotland on home soil!
Tickets for Scotland's Autumn Tests are not currently on sale but all the details will be revealed here in due course.
