Scottish Rugby are now using a new player registration system called SCRUMS, having switched from the previous system (CDMS) at the end of the 2017/18 season.
SCRUMS (Scottish Rugby Management System) was launched in 2018 and is used to record all player registrations as well as club officials and other staff / volunteers. The system is also used to manage Scottish Rugby competitions, including teamsheet submissions, serious injury reports and disciplinary reports.
All clubs and schools can access SCRUMS to manage their own data including players / club officials / staff and to submit teamsheets and injury reports. SCRUMS is also an important source of contact information allowing clubs and schools to contact each other.
Any clubs or schools who do not yet have SCRUMS access should email [email protected], providing the name and email address of their nominated SCRUMS Liaison person (e.g. the Club Secretary, Data Manager or Teacher in charge of Rugby).
