Hosts Al Kellock, Chris Paterson and Rachel Malcolm catch up with special guests Rob Wainwright, Ally McCoist and Mark Beaumont to update us on the Doddie Aid challenge and Jamie McMillan sits down with Head Coach, Gregor Townsend to talk us though his squad selection.

Rob Wainwright who has been involved in setting up the Doddie Aid challenge, a mass participation event, that started in the new year encouraging people to get active in support of MND awareness and to raise funds for My Name’5 Doddie Foundation talks us through how the idea and regional challenge came about and how it has become such a successful event raising over £650,000 to date.

Ally McCoist, Glasgow District Manager, Al Kellock, Glasgow Vice-Captain and Mark Beaumont, Edinburgh District Manager tell us why they have got involved and the up coming challenges you can join to get behind your team, including the World in a Day upcoming endurance cycle on Saturday 30 January.
