Everyone is welcome at Dunfermline RFC
"They enjoy it, which makes us enjoy it"
There's a welcome for everybody at Dunfermline RFC. The Fife-based club, established in 1893, have made it their mission to attract new faces into the sport - regardless of previous rugby experience.
A strong sense of togetherness and camaraderie has developed within the girl’s and ladies’ sections, something that was sorely missed during the recent COVID-19 restrictions.
We spoke to Girl's Head Coach Nick Mathieson and Women's Assistant Coach Pauline Rae about how they've helped to create a club environment that works for everybody.
