First training session in Nagasaki
The Scotland squad were welcomed to their first training session in Japan by more than 500 local school children and the Mayor of Nagasaki, Tomihisa Taue.

It was a light session with the aim of getting the body moving and the session timed to get into the sunlight, which is one of the biggest factors that will help the squad adjust to a new time zone.
A session of opportunities to stretch, get the ball back in the hands and really start the process of adjusting to the new hot and humid environment and the other factors that will come in to play throughout this tournament.
Take a look into their training session in front of a fantastic crowd from the host city. Thank you for such a warm welcome to Nagasaki!
