Playing rugby is FUN – you are part of a team, always try your best, try new things and play with your friends. If it stops being fun, speak to someone you trust. No one should make you feel uncomfortable or make you feel worried.

Worried about something?

Don’t keep it to yourself – there are lots of people who will listen and help you.

Speak to an adult you trust – a coach, a parent, your club Child Protection Office, a teacher or a school counsellor.
