Scotland Men Assemble for Six Nations Training Camp
27 Jan 2026Scotland’s men’s squad came together on Sunday evening as preparations officially began for the upcoming Guinness Men's Six Nations.
Players reported into camp on Sunday night before hitting the training pitch on Monday, kicking off a three-day programme. The squad trained across Monday and Tuesday, with the opening camp concluding following a Wednesday morning session.
A squad update was issued during the week, with Gregor Hiddleston and Gus Warr joining the group, while Dave Cherry and Jamie Dobie continue their respective rehabilitation programmes. Liam McConnell has returned to Edinburgh following a rib injury.
Following Wednesday morning’s session, players will return to their clubs, with a group of home-based players set to reconvene on Friday morning for an additional training session. The squad will then assemble again on Sunday, with the Scotland A squad also joining camp as preparations continue to build.
