Ben Lawson Macleod Muncaster made his Scotland U20 debut in the 2021 Under-20 Six Nations in Cardiff when the team was defeated by Ireland.

He was only four years old when he first picked up a rugby ball and attended North Berwick Minis. Thereafter he attended Loretto School before being offered cricket scholarship to Rugby School. This autumn he is set to start a degree in Economics at Heriot Watt University.

Muncaster was the captain of his 1XV side at Rugby School and has also captained Leicester Tigers U18. He is no stranger to the Scotland age-grade jersey having played for Scotland U16 reds and Scotland U18.

Outside of rugby Muncaster has played regional age-grade cricket.
