Two-times PRO12 Champion Nikki Walker - who earned 24 caps for Scotland spanning a nine year international career - was named as Scotland U20 Assistant Coach side after overseeing the attack during the 2018 U20 Six Nations and World Rugby U20 Championship.

Born in Aberdeen, Walker was part of the Hawick team that won the domestic double in 2001-02, whilst he eventually joined professional outfit Borders Reivers, with whom he earned his first Scotland cap - against Romania in November 2002.

The 6ft 5in winger left for pastures new in 2006 as he joined Ospreys. Walker would enjoy success at the Liberty Stadium as helped guide the Welsh side to two PRO12 titles in 2006 and then 2010.

Walker would earn further international honours with Scotland in 2007 as he returning to scoring form with tries against France, Canada and Samoa.

After retiring from rugby in 2015, Walker was named as Head Coach of former side Hawick before taking on the position of Scotland U20 attack coach in 2017.
