Oliver Rowan Charles Frostick made his Scotland U20 debut against Ireland in the 2021 Six Nations in Cardiff.

Frostick first played rugby aged 13 at Willaim de Ferrers school, and played his first season of rugby at South Woodham Ferrers RFU.

He then moved to Maldon RFU, where both his Dad and older brother played. He continued to play for them up until March 2020 before moving to Ealing Trailfinders. and I continued to play for right up until the start of the first lockdown.

After finishing his GCSEs in his home town of Maldon he attended Bishop Burton college in Hull to undertake a 3 BTEC in sport before moving to Uxbridge. It was during this time that he took up rugby league and invited with London Broncos where he played for two years.
