FOSROC Super6
The FOSROC Super6 was launched in November 2019 and features six franchise teams, with part-time professional players and full-time coaches. It is the top tier of domestic rugby in Scotland. Super6 aims to improve playing standards, by better-developing Scottish players, coaches and match officials to feed talent into the full-time professional game.

Boroughmuir Bears
Former Scotland star Graham Shiel, who has previously been Head Coach of the national 7s side, has taken the Super6 reins at the Bears, who play their home games at Meggetland in the capital.

Heriot's Rugby
The Goldenacre club, the only side never to have been relegated from Scotland’s top flight. Their Head Coach is former Edinbrugh and Scotland A hooker Andrew Kelly who returned from Hong Kong to take up the post in February 2020.
