Blacklock started playing rugby whilst at Durham University and previously played for Premier 15s side, DMP Sharks, before joining Harlequins ahead of the 2020/21 season. She then moved across London to Saracens for the 2023/24 season.
She qualifies to play for Scotland through her mother who is from Kilsyth in North Lanarkshire.
After setbacks from injury, Beth finally returned for Scotland in their summer Test match against Ireland ahead of the Rugby World Cup 2025, earning her fourth cap.
